04 Project Files & Confidentiality

All project files, brand assets, and business information shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. We will not share, disclose, or display your project materials to any third party without your explicit written consent.

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is available upon request at no additional charge. Once signed, we will not feature your project in our portfolio or any public-facing materials.

By default (without an NDA), the Studio may use completed project visuals in its own portfolio, website, and social media channels, with or without crediting the Client brand.

05 Third-Party Tools & Services

We use select third-party tools to operate our business. These may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Tally.so (project brief and contact forms)

• Google Workspace (email communication and file storage)

• WhatsApp Business (client communication, at your discretion)

• Google Analytics or similar (anonymous website usage statistics)

We only share information with these tools to the extent necessary for normal business operations. We do not authorise any third-party tool to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

06 Cookies

Our website may use cookies to understand how visitors interact with our pages. These are anonymised analytics cookies and do not identify you personally. No tracking cookies linked to third-party advertisers are used.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect your ability to view our website or submit a brief.

We retain your project information and correspondence for a period of 3 years after project completion, for reference and record-keeping purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

08 International Clients

Shub'sFX serves clients across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Middle East, and other regions. If you are based in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including:
